in classic retail shops. This awareness could be expanded to the
online sector to increase sales.
Setting targets
Mandarina Duck's online shop should be directly targeted to potential
customers, to increase brand awareness and to connect
existing customers more strongly to the brand. This is the only
way to increase sales. The target group is largely female, dynamic,
young and well-off.
Approach
The intenet is becoming an increasingly significant tool in the
marketing of fashion products in Germany. More and more brands
are putting a significant portion of their media budgets into the
online arena. This way they reach new, potential customers that
no longer feel connected with more classic media approaches.
52.3% of internet users (19.15 million people) are interested in
fashion. The next step was to do a market analysis. Following the
results, website texts were edited, partnership marketing and
affiliate marketing implemented.
